This nail varnish looks wonderful on the website and in real life. I love the shiny gold and deep, interesting turqoise.
However, only the gold comes out when you paint it. It is still a really nice colour but it would look amazing with the contrast and details of the blue. It may be because I have just started the bottle, I may find it later on. But be warned.

Bought this online and was under the impression that it would be duochrome, however after applying several coats I was dissappointed to find it was just a glorified gold nail varnish with a slight green-gold tint when positioned at a certain angle - nothing like the spilt-oil like colour advertised. Nonetheless it is a lovely colour, just not what was expected.

I loved the effect that you see in the bottle but, as previous reviews have mentioned, it doesn't look exactly the same when on your nails. It is predominantly gold with a hint of greeny-blue at the very edges of your nail. You get the full effect of the changing colour when wiggling you fingers back and forth. I found that 3 coats gave the best effect, so I'll only be using this when I have a lot of time on my hands!
